- Outline the internal and external factors that will impact the strategic plan
- Save this as SWOT and PESTLE analysis in a sperate file
Activity 4 Send an email to your Assessor
- Email should be written in an appropriate business-like style, polite and without any grammar mistakes
- Summarise the content of the attachment
