Food and exercises to increase the probability of getting pregnant
Pregnancy is a remarkable stage in a woman’s life. In our life, the first wealth is our health. It’s important to point out this. There are specific food and exercises in the world that help us to increase the probability of getting pregnant. Really they do their contribution to increase fertility. Let’s take food first. Eating a variety of healthy and nutritious food can help prepare a woman to conceive. The precious thing in her mind is giving birth to a healthy child. So, the topic of food is very important.
1.Nutrients, a good diet
If you are maintaining a good diet/dietary plan; before becoming pregnant, your fertility will increase fast. So, get the support of your beloved partner. Select nutritious food and eat. Keep in mind you should not avoid this habit. Your health care provider/doctor will guide you to select a fertility promoting diet. Don’t eat junk food, coloured food or whatever unhealthy.
2.Sufficient amounts of nutrients
As a mom-to-be, don’t exceed the number of nutrients. Select a balanced diet. Such diet includes all nutrients: Carbohydrates, Protein, Fat, Minerals and fibres etc.( Green vegetables, fruits, lean protein, whole grains etc.). A happy and healthy diet! New baby’s arrival! There’s no doubt that a healthy and well-maintained diet paves the way to boost your fertility.
3.Beans and lentils
They are high in fibres as well as protein. Ovulation can be highly improved. Plant-based protein sources are more efficient than animal-based protein products. Plant-based protein sources are very effective to regulate the monthly menstrual cycle. This excellent source has so many types. Nearly 40,000 types of beans can be found in the world. Beans contain folic acid. It helps to develop healthy embryos. Nutritional value per 100g: Energy-80kcal, Carbohydrate-10.5g, Fat-0.5g, Protein-9.6g
Lentils are rich in iron, folate and protein. Brown, red, black and green lentils are low in calories. They significantly reduce bad Cholesterol in the body. What can we eat without meat? Here, lentils are for you. It’s a healthy substitute for meat. Lentils are good for our heart, digestive system, weight loss and they can increase your energy. Love your body! Eat lentils and beans!
Eating Sunflower seeds is one of the perfect ways to maintain a proper sperm level of men. They have fertility nutrients and give the results without huge dietary changes. Sunflower seeds are rich in Vitamin E, zinc, folic acid, Selenium etc. Sperm count and motility will increase with consumption.
Antioxidant-rich fruits are here for you! Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries are good for the people who are struggling with infertility. 8.Greek yoghurt and cheese
Such fatty food is actually help to boost fertility by improving your ovulation health and immune system. They are containing calcium, probiotics and Vitamin D.
Loads of protein and Omega-3s can be found in Salmon. As well it contains with Selenium and Vitamin D. This food raises semen levels. Be careful to limit your intake to one or two times a week.
This is a powerhouse food, containing 20% of Vitamin A, B, C, zinc and Selenium. Over 60% of the daily recommended amount of folic acid and Vitamin K can be gained from Asparagus.

If you have the ability to swim, you can engage in swimming before getting pregnant. It is a safest physical activity. The muscular strength and flexibility of your body will increase soon.
Have fun! Ride a bicycle. Get your friends together and ride a bicycle to your favourite destination.
On a daily basis, it’s important to run at least a short distance. Your strength will arise soon. Walking is a safest way to get a healthy body. You can choose an appropriate time for it. Take benefits mentally and physically from running and walking.
According to the above-mentioned food and exercises, you can lead a healthy life. The result is getting pregnant soon. Women should avoid from bad eating habits and doing exercises is essential to conceive soon. Just believe! Your dream of a baby will come true certainly.
