ASSESSMENT TASK: SPECIFIC DIETARY PROFILES AND MEAL PLANS

PART A

Based on the following six (6) scenarios in the tables below, identify the most ‘suitable diet’ and provide a brief summary of the requirements e.g. no dairy or animal products.

Using the Banquet Analysis Sheet, calculate each meal plan and attach this to your assessment.

DAILY MEAL PLAN 1

For the past two (2) months ‘Ray’ has been suffering symptoms of diarrhoea, flatulence and abdominal cramps each time he consumes pasta, bread and cereal products.
