INTRODUCTION

The process of mill sugar is popular for crystal sugar and brown sugar is considered ad the healthier version of the sugar. It is done by some removal technique. The technique is carted away after the process of Juice clarification and juice evaporation. The methods and the techniques are carried away in a different field or they can be possibly followed in the backyard of the mill.

MILLING

Juice is extracted by squeezing the sugarcanes and they set mills under specific pressure and temperature for better results. To get sucrose in a large amount, the whole diffusion process is repeated several times.

JUICE CLARIFICATION

It is necessary to have a balanced PH in the sugarcane and it should e. It should have a ph about 4-4.5 which makes it slightly acidic. The use of calcium oxide is common in cane sugar which tries to make its Ph to the &. The calcium hydroxide helps prevent the damage of the sucrose and turning into other components like glucose and fructose. The juice received after the above mention procedure is being boiled. Boiling helps to remove the impurities and the other content and the juice has proceeded for other processes such as Juice evaporating, Crystallisation, Centrifugation and packing and delivery.
