Answer:1. Emotional Intelligence: Emotion is an inclination that is distinguished from reasoning (Sayyadi 2014). Emotional intelligence is an ability to deal with the emotion of him as well as others (Côté 2014). It is a medium to distinguish different feelings and classify them properly. It is used to manage the emotion to achieve the goal by guiding the behavior of others.

The term emotional intelligence became popular in the session of mid-nineties. Daniel Goleman, who was a science journalist, authored a book and gave an analytical conception about emotional intelligence (Howell 2014). There are few kinds of emotional intelligence. Goleman’s model is recognized as mixed model. There are certain other models too, like trait model, ability model, which enlightened the arena of human behavior and individual’s ability (van Deursen et al. 2015).

Emotional intelligence can cause an impact on the mental health and performance of a person without any casual relationship. Every human being has emotional intelligence. It reflects through our behavior, our ability to take personal decision. It is one of the basic ingredients of human behavior. Although the term has been criticized, yet it is considered as the soft skill that helps to develop psychological level and better sociological achievement.

Importance in work place:   Emotional intelligence is some behavior that helps to develop the soft skill of a person and help him to achieve his goal. Success is based on qualities like persistence, self-possession and skills. A high emotional intelligence makes a man enough to work in a team. Academic certificate cannot make a person complete, but an emotional intelligence can. Emotional intelligence helps to build up the character of a man so that he can adapt new things and can apply it practically. This is the era of new technology and it is very important to make room for those innovations in work places and emotional intelligence develop the same.

There are certain soft skills necessary in work places to deal with the mandatory challenges faced by the employees. Emotional intelligence helps to develop certain abilities, like self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, enthusiasm, which play an important role in this arena. Team works are very common now and it is very important to build trust amongst the teammates to achieve the daily target.

Emotional intelligence helps to determine the leadership potential among the workers. Emotional intelligence helps to build the managerial ability in a worker and helps him to become more productive for the benefit of the company.

2. Motivating suggestion to employees: According to Vlad Moldavskiy, it is important to motivate the employees by giving a purpose to them (Brown 2014). This can help him to understand their ability in the work place. However, the practical suggestion necessary for motivating an employees are as follows:

It is vital to inspire the employees about their passion while they are working. Projects relating to their passion should be provided. It is scientifically proved that people show more enthusiasm and dedication while they are doing something they are passionate about. Thus, if a project can be provided related to the passion, they will complete the project with more dedication (Latham and Sue-Chan 2014).

A clear definition regarding the vision and strategy of the concerning company should be provided to the employee. An employee should understand the motto and objective of the company clearly. It is important to make them understand how much they are important to the company, so that they can work as a team and that group work can motivate every one.

In a workplace, there should be some free space so that the employees can communicate and express their views properly for the development of the project (Methot, Melwani and Rothman 2017). The employees should be motivated for the purpose and it is important to work with them to create the development plan by their cooperation. It is also important to monitor their work and guide them how their skills will be increased and how they will able to accomplish their duties or project perfectly.

Incentives or reward can be a very helpful process to motivate the employees. If an employee can achieve their target, they should provide proper incentives. It will be good if they can get their incentives for good behavior and optimist sense. That can keep them motivated and they will provide the job with great service.

It is important to consider the age of every employee. A motivation can increase the energy level of an employee and help them to work with positive energy. It is always acceptable to motivate an employee to learn a new skill and apply them practically so that they can understand that through the process of learning, anyone can become employable.

The atmosphere of the work place can motivate me. If the work environment of the place is team based or quite individual than others, it can motivate me for sure. Dead line-based work place can motivate to work under pressure. The provision regarding incentives and promotion is also quite motivating. The learning environment is always good enough to adapt certain things and assurance of providing such environment is always motivating (Schwarzer 2014).

3. Importance of leadership: Leadership is the ability to lead a group of people (Northouse 2015). It creates optimistic environment within the work premises. Good leadership is necessary not only in private sector but also in public sector and in Government work as well. An effective leadership is important to make an organization successful. Leadership an inherent ability to guide a group of person and motivated them in such way to achieve the ultimate goal. A leader should have certain qualities in him, which can make him distinct from other.

A leader always takes an initiative to start a work and providence proper guidance to the workers or employees so that they may achieve the target. Effective leadership can lead an organization to achieve monumental success. Motivational speech is very necessary in an organization. A good leader has the motivational power to give the employee an encouragement so that they can face all employment-based threat tactically. A leader, by his speech, creates confidence among the employees or subordinates to perform their work more successfully.

An efficient work environment is also necessary towards the stable growth of a company or organization. Work environment arises with the help of a good communicational process and friendly relationship among the workers. A good leader works as a medium between the workers to achieve the ultimate goal by creating a good working environment. He should meet the employee’s demand and he can keep contact with the employees personally. It is his responsibility to listen to the problem of the employees and try to solve it effectively. A good leader must treat all the employees or subordinate on humanitarian basis.

An effective leadership helps to represent the company or organization in seminars successfully. A good leader represents his department. Effective leadership helps to develop the three dimensions such as friend, guide and philosopher within a human being that is necessary and helpful to achieve the target or goal (Dumdum, Lowe and Avolio 2013).
