1	Nature, process, and strategy of business research	I increased my knowledge about business research in which I got information about the impact of employee satisfaction on the hospitality industry. It assists to determine many business matters and makes a suitable solution (Amin, et al., 2017).
2	Research design and planning the research process	The business study is systematically planned deliberately applies that is supportive for me to meet specified aim and objectives of research issue.
3	Literature Review and Writing Business Research	I increased my learning about how to conclude the opinion and views of the different researcher on the research issue. This research demonstrates the role of employee satisfaction in the hospitality industry (Fu and Deshpande, 2014).
4	Ethics and Legal Consideration in Business Research	The researcher is also capable to comprehend ethics because this business research has considered ethical consideration.   For example, a researcher has taking confirmation before starting their interview with research participants to collect data. For this, research scholar will send a former letter to the senior executive.
5	The Nature of qualitative research, sampling and participant observation	This week, I increased my knowledge about the application of applying qualitative research by considering the interview method.
6	Interviewing, Focus Groups and Language in qualitative research	I had a long period to understand this research issue (Guchait, et al., 2016).
7	Qualitative Data Analysis	In this week, I increased my understanding of the ways of identifying theoretical data wherein I was capable to successfully apply the qualitative approach in the study.
8	The Nature and Sampling in Quantitative Research	I improved my understanding of the survey process without considering 100% of the respondent population.
9	Structured Interviewing and Questioner Design	In this week, I gained my understanding of many concepts together with a semi-structured interview process (Jung and Yoon, 2015).
10	Structured Observation and Content Analysis	Under this week, I enhanced my understanding of how to imply structured observation with the assessment of content.
11	Secondary Analysis and Quantitative Data Analysis	In this, I increased my understanding of the context of how an individual could imply authentic data from the published information and meet the research aim and objectives.
12	Mixed methods research: combining quantitative and qualitative research	It is an imperative tool wherein two kinds of methods were implied like quantitative and qualitative research method. It will support to get feasible information in the context of the current research matter (Kang, et al., 2015).

This business research is imperative to gain an understanding of many research tools and techniques that could be imperative to make a reliable decision in the context of the matter. I decided to address the relationship between employee motivation and hospitality performance.      

Ways in which learning experience may serve in future

This business study was imperative for me as it developed my unique skills towards making the research proposal that was my first experience. I increased my understanding towards two kinds of research methods that facilitate to collect theoretical and statistical information about research issue. It also increased my awareness towards qualitative and quantitative approaches that support to investigate competencies and shape my personality effectively.  Moreover, Assignment 2 was effective for improving my learning caused of continuing using business examination. I cannot have many effective discovering abilities that are needed to complete the research (Abraham, 2012).    

What did I read, see and hear

For this project, I read and see lecture slides. For best understanding of the study, I discovered the research topic that i.e. the relationship between employee satisfaction and student grades. I also use YouTube videos that are related to the research process. I collected many videos of the expert and at the international level. For this course, I wrote two reports that were associated with literature review and research design (Boella and Goss-Turner, 2013).        

How was Business Research useful for your Research Learning Process?

This research was beneficial to increase my understanding of the data collection method and data analysis method that assist me to effectively conduct my research and get a reliable result. Furthermore, I also gained my understanding about the research limitation and timeframe that aids me to deeply manage the research activities and meet research aim and objectives (Jain, and Kaur, 2014).       

What is the Reason to do this business research?

I did different activities in assignment 1 and assignment 2. In assignment 1, I have developed my conceptual understanding regarding the impact of employee’s satisfaction on hospitality organization. In assignment 2, I did different activities such as the selection of sample, research methodology and development of time plan. These learning activities were required to complete the research aim and objectives on time (Brotherton, 2012). 

How does learning experience serve me in a future career?

The learning experience that I have gained through business research program has enabled me to manage my career in a proficient manner. There are different activities performed by me throughout the practical research that enables me to identify the impact of employee’s satisfaction on hospitality. I have increased my understanding with regards to two different variables i.e. employee’s satisfaction and hospitality. I have also gained my understanding regarding the Gantt chart that was beneficial for me to present the different activities on time. This learning experience would be beneficial for me to complete the activities on time in future (Frey, et al.,  2013).

Conclusion

During the business research course, I have increased my theoretical and practical knowledge that makes me proficient to comprehend the techniques and development. It aids me to make further investigation in the future. All these understanding will provide support to me apply it in the future for business growth.
