Organization Culture is defined as predefined policies which guide the employees and give them a sense of direction at the workplace. Culture is a more powerful way of controlling and managing employee behaviors than organizational rules and regulations (Morse, Janice M, Janice M Swanson, and Anton J Kuzel). It decides the way people interacts in an organization and promotes healthy competition among workers. Organization culture is one the strongest assets. Whenever organization undergoes through certain changes, like, technology, automation, change of employees, entry of new workforce, and so on it impacts the people and thereby changes the culture of an organization.

Examples of Corporate cultural changes.

If a company is trying to improve or to give better service to customers than rules and regulation will not be helpful, rather than there is a need to create a culture of customer service may achieve better results by encouraging employees to think like customers, knowing that the company preference is to keep Customers Happy.

1. Vision of FORD MOTORS is to become a world leading Consumer Company for automotive products and services. To increase the performance in an organization culture, they try hard to keep on changing the work habit of employees, want manager to think more about customers, and shares more information and cooperate across divisions.

2. DUTCH RAILWAYS is one of the best railway companies in the world. The privatization of public companies gave a chance to DUTCH to operate on independent provider for passenger transport in competitive situations. These external changes created conflict among union and employees, feeling of loss of autonomy and chaos led to step down of management board. Later on New board was constituted to prevent conflicts with union and employees, more attention respect and cooperate with managers and proper decision-making power.

3. Apple is known for its innovative products and sleek designs. The company also known offers tech products at higher price points than its competitors, but consumers still line up to buy new products or purchase upgraded versions of existing products.

4. Apple corporate culture is built on innovation. The company's focus on creating seamless consumer technology has allowed it to grow even when competitors have experienced declines in sales.
